If you contact us through the enquiry form or by email, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, organisation (if given), and the content of your message. This website has no accounts and collects no payment information.

Why we collect it.

One purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to carry on that conversation. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not sell or share personal data for anyone else's use.

Cookies and analytics.

This website does not use cookies or analytics tools. This website loads its fonts and other assets from its own server; visiting a page sends no data to third parties.

Who can see your data.

Enquiry data passes through our website host and, when you submit the form, FormSubmit, and is read by the people at MFH Service who respond to enquiries. These providers process data on our behalf only.

How long we keep it.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and review stored enquiries at least every 12 months, deleting what is no longer needed.
